Complaint Details
I am 72 years old and I received a miss call from an international number at about 11 pm. I did not respond to the call. The next day I received a message about the over limit on the account. I have been charged with INR 5000 on my number, which i refuse to pay. Now I am getting collection calls with threats. Kindly suggest a workable solution for the same. Awaiting your help on the issue.
