I purchased daikin ac on 14/03/2016, Model and unit no -FTKH35RRV16 1 TNSPL 4877910002711, AND O/DR UNIT 4881320002711, regret to inform you that daikin after sale servise is worst and product is worse, in two years span its shut down. i launch complaint on mail they send one technician he said AC gas wipe out without checking machine thoroughly. it is machine fault which is under 5 year warranty but company want to bypass warranty not worrying to solve it. i paid money with tax and i don't want to waste it due to ignorance of company.
kindly look into this asap.
