Complaint Details Dear Sir,
I Want your help as I have already approached the Travel Triangle several times for resolution and at last served the legal notice through a lawyer and a copy of it is with me.
We approached Travel Triangle with regard to the honeymoon package by making a payment of Rs.2,27,288. The booking was confirmed by them as attached invoice and summary for booking ID 2429485 which also contained itinerary and booking details. We also noted that in the invoice they have assured Visa assistance in the inclusions list and have also assured Visa services in the deliverables.
We kept on paying installments one by one and details of it are invoice attached.
They were wrongly informed of visa processing by them on 15th May that Visa is processed and we can collect passport although we came to know that the Visa has been rejected and we could not proceed with the tour.
Please note we acted on their advice and had relied on the travel agency for processing of visa.Please provide our refund as they dont listen after 6 months also.
