Connection Number: 9581444927 I recharged my phone 9581444927 for 3500/= international roaming package using UPI payment. The amount was debited from account but package wasn't apply. I called customer care and they told me just to wait . I have to travel out of country so I traveled without the package activated. Since then I am following up with them on twitter/ email but they are not replying. The UPI reference number I also provided to them but still there is no progress and it is over a week now. This is the confirmation SMS I got from my bank after payment to Vodafone - "Dear Customer, acct XXX has been debited for Rs.3495.00 on 22-Nov-18 towards linked vmslprepaid@hsbc. UPI Ref no 832622611562" On Twitter they keep telling me that they will get back shortly but its been 6 days and nothing has happened. I needed international roaming at the initial day of my stay and because of them I ended up spending so much money. Can you please help.
