Hi i have done a upi transaction of rs 395 but the transaction is failed. The phone has given of rs 345 refund instead of rs 395 and have processed cash back of rs 50 for failed transaction. As per RBI upi should not hold the funds in the middle.but phone is holding the funds in the middle and processing cash backs for failed transactions which is a fraud.i have attached the screenshots of the proofs
