Complaint Details
I have paid Rs. 7500/- for aerobics & power yoga. And i told the owner that mine joining is not confirmed so I would pay the amount later on but forcefully she anyhow made me pay the amount and now from 1 year she isnt returning my payment.

I havent joined even for a single day & even joining date is not returned in the receipt. Even made an online complaint through helpline number 100 7 they told me to file the complaint against her.

I am having too trouble as she doesnt even talk in a good manner & tells me that my instructor would come at morning 5am for the training.

I told her before only that I have changed my office so I am not possible to join. As my office timings are from morning 9am to evening 7.30pm & ittakes me total 5hrs for travelling to my office as its in kaman bhiwandi road.

Now she is telling do whatever you want, I wont let your money get refunded.

I am the person who is earning just 20000/- per month. Pls do the needful on urgent basis.
