Regarding Flight 9W260 to Kathmandu on December 5, 2018 despite reaching on time and having boarding passes and web checked in...we were not allowed to board the flight in spite of having a 3 year old kid with us...which caused a lot of distress to us...and they charged us 20k more for the next available flight which is sheer torture
