Complaint Details
we bought HP pad from Chroma
in 17.06.2017, for it stopped working . we gave the Pad for repair to HP World,
asking him repeatedly whether
yours is an authorised service centre.He told us that all HPcomputers which are not under
guarantee are given to me for repair purpose.he told us after 2 days that hard disc needs to be changed,we paid him 6800.
he gave us the bill which contaned guarantee for 1 year
it again stoped worjking after 2
days.Again my daughter went to tthe shop as she had to go to Thailand for his presentation .
again he kept the hp pad for 2 days and then he told us that the problem is with the memory and RAM needst to be changed.
Even after changing RAM &HARD DISC is not working it.
now he says that it can not be repaired.We paid 43650 /-and tpad an additional 11000/- for the repair.
the person from HP WORLD had given the receipt of hard disc & Ram with 1 year guarantee but now he is not ready to give the money back.
