Complaint Details
She has been using the insulin from Novo Nordisk. In May 2018 I came from USA and brought 3 packs each containing 5 Flexpens and two packs of pen refills which were taken by me while going to USA. I complained for quality and one flexpen was taken for quality check in July 2018. The report came after more than 4 months and is ambiguous. The report is attached. Please take stern action on the company.
