Have vacated the flat 15 days back and handed over keys of Lake Florence,F Wing ,Flat no. 703,Phase 1,Lake Homes,Powai in perfect condition in fact better than what was given . In spite of regular follow up they have not returned my security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- . The Broker name in Somnath Latke and the Flat is in name of Jyotsana Giri .
