Complaint Details
I had applied for term loan of Rs 50,00,000.00 in SIDBI Nagpur in the last week of August and Acknowledgment no 20190002401 received on 28th September 2018.
on 10th of October I deposited Rs 20000.00 as Fees For Valuation and Title Search and got mail on 17th October 2018 for payment of processing fees of Rs 53000+9540(GST) and paid the same on 23rd October 2018. After that bank said that your title is not clear and can not disburse loan. They should inform me about unclear title earlier as they are having property ownership documents from very beginning and i don't have any other property and bank is asking for third party guarantee which is also i can not provide.Requesting you for help in matter
