Complaint Details
After cancellation of immediate next day booking the deposit of Rs10000/- and the AC Hall rent of Rs7500/- and food booking advance Rs2500/- total Rs20000/-taken in advanced by Incharge of Math Mrs Jayashree Vijay Gobole(Pandit) and her daughter Miss Kirti Vijay Godbole on 10th December2018 and cancelled the same on 11th morning and myself Mrs Chitrangana Guruprasad Rangnekar and my LIC office assistant Mr Prashant Navle went to collect the refund of Rs20000/- as per oral committment of Mrs Jayashree Vijay Godbole around 1.30pm to 2.30pm we waited to see Mrs Jayashree who was sitting inside the Math came out went to her first floor residence and hall office table and came down with her daughter Miss Kirti Vijay Godbole and asked me to signed on their hand written paper.I said while taking money we asked for recipts and Mrs Jayashree Vijay Godbole refused to give any recipts or any knowledgement then why asking me to sign forcefully without handovering paper me,and refused to return our booking and deposit amount.This is cheating.
