Complaint Details
I had purchased a sofa from Flipkart. The sofa is of very bad quality and broke on day 1 of delivery. I wanted a refund and the sofa to be taken back. However, Flipkart tells me that there is no refund policy. They can exchange the item with exact the same product. I believe, as a consumer I have the right to return an item if its not upto the quality in general.
