Complaint Details
I addmited my father in law for surgery today under Dr Umesh Oza on 13.12.18
After surgery I request to customer care officer allow addition one pass to meet my father in law along with my wife he denie.
When I went 5 the floor I surprise some other OT patient there are six visited at infront of O T
When I complain to security , supervisor and costomer care officer no one ready to take proper action and all are Blamed each other,when I ask to make complain they have no fear and behiver are very Rud by Costomer care officer.
