HOME LOAN(Ref No: HOU/MUM/0818/565621) DISBURSEMENT PROCESS SUPER DELAYED BY PNB HOUSING FINANCE FOR WHICH RIGHTS ACQUIRED ON THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY IS BEEN WITHDRAWN BY THE SELLER.
Due to this negligence of the PNB bank i have lost the rights over the token amount of 2lacs + Stamp duty fees + Service fees paid to the lawyer. The seller has taken a stand and have intimated that he is not going to continue the deal and entire token amount paid is fortified.



Please refer the trail mails shared with the bank, I have uploaded the compliant with RBI on 22nd Nov as well. Anticipating a Justice from the Banking Ombudsman.
