Complaint Details
I have booked for 2 DTH connections online by paying 998/- rupees on 1st March 2018 with Reliance Big TV, they promised for installation within 30 to 45 days.But it has been already 10 months still installation is not happening. In mean time the name of the Company changed from RBIGTV to INDEPENDENT TV, now this new company owned by same old owners says my details are missing in their system & from past 10 months they are passing time saying today & tomorrow. I have all the details like booking i.d- 12500616 and credit card transaction reference number. The same details are shared with company through mail & call many times, but of no use
