Kindly for your information yet not clearance my father bill (Appx. 7300/-) which is already submitted swasthya Bhawan Health Scheme Department (2nd Floor - Wings - B Health Scheme) through Bhatpara General Hospital dated 16/05/2018, Diary No. - 519, Sl. No. - 5195. My mother name is Mrs. Asha Saha she is a pensioner & My father Mr. Pratul Krishna Saha (+919433016625) is depended.

Already i call several times following number +913323330366 but, no one response it ?

As a old age people is very hard to survive without medical treatment bill allowance in-time !


N.B. Already call +913323330366 following number but, nobody response it & already physical attend several times in Swasthya Bhawan (2nd Floor - Wings - B Health Scheme) but, every-time harass Mr. Tarak Dutta handle following matter.

Already over 1.5 yrs please resolve the issue early !
