Hello,
My wife received totally wrong product ordered from Myntra.com and the company is not accepting any returns or issuing refunds. They are blaming me for raising fake request of wrong product. They keep on saying that they had sent the right product but I have not got what I ordered for. THey refuse to share any evidence or call records, nor do they want to replace/refund the items.
Requesting you to intervene in this.
