RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

I had bought ONLINE STUDY COURSE from PREP INSTA for Infosys exam on 25-12-2018, around 2200 hrs. Mainly for improvement of my English Grammar.

They did not grant access for the paid material till 26-12-2018 evening .
When i saw the content, english is of only 2 videos with vague explanation.

I bought the course as they promise on their website of 100% refund if not satisfied.
Then on 28-12-2018, I first contacted prep insta on whatsapp group ,but had no reply.

Then i contacted them on facebook chat,at first they did not agree for the refund and after saying that i will complain in consumer court. They replied " Hey,
We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us.
We do comply with our 100% refund policy. Please create a case on Instamojo.

I tried to access the link,but its asking for transction ID,which PREP INSTA have not provided in the bill,only order number is given,which is useless for refund. And when asked for the same,they replied that they don't have the TRANSACTION ID. Thus,tactfully escaping from the refund.

I also talked to their senior executive on 28-12-2018. After, talking for 10 minutes and giving all valid reasons. He just refused to comply with their companies 100% refund policy and abruptly cuts the phone call. And in 10 mins,i get a mail form them stating that my password has been changed,Thus not allowing me to access the content any further, which is fine with me. BUT, they should also refund the money, which is still not done.

I waited for 72 hrs for a positive reply,before filing the complaint.

i'm attaching a copy of 1.bill
2.perp insta's claim of 100% refund policy
3.asking of transaction ID.

I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME,A TROUBLED COSTUMER HAVE THE REFUND. THANKING YOU
