Complaint Details
It has been 3 months that the service provider has damaged and item but shows very feeble signs of trying to rectify the issue. The item is a foldable sofa cum bed mattress cover that costs around 8000 rupees. It was off white and I needed the color refreshed. So chose a light grey but it was dyed a dark grey and the material was damaged with oil stains. A zip was broken. Vendor replaced zip but the item still has stains and he has taken a lot of tie to address the matter.
