We paid this company to provide us prince2 certification on aug 2018 and until now they have not provided the certification when calling them up for status or refund, they are not answering the phone. The fee amount was 23, 500 and we 3 of us paid for this. We really need your help to address this issue and sort it out. 3 weeks back i received a call from a lady priya and she said she is the new operations manager and now she is not answering the phone as well.
