Dear Sir / Madam,
We have purchased Commander water Tanks from their authorised dealer Nilesh Traders, Khar West, Mumbai on 23rd March, 2015. This water tank has a 5 year warranty. We had lodged a complaint with Commander about the malfunctioning of the water tank on 4th October, 2018. Their person attended the same, charged us visit charges for an under-warranty product but did not replace the product. He simply used Harpic washing powder and cleaned the tank. In the complaint record he made a note that if there is a return complaint they will do a FOC replacement.

We again started facing the same problems and lodged a complaint with Commander on 16th December, 2018 - complaint number 41552 at 1pm, but no one has till now attended the complaint despite follow ups, let alone replacement of the same.

We have 2 Commander water tanks which are having similar issues and the company is not willing to make any replacement and instead giving lame excuses that the water supply is not good because of which the water tank is not functioning properly. I must highlight that our society receives regular water supply from BMC and there is no tanker or boring supply of water ever.

We have been following up but the company is not keeping up their product warranty commitments. Our flush tanks are unusable and this is causing unhygenic situation in our house with a risk of diseases being spread.

Request your urgent intervention to have the company respond and honour their product warranty commitments.
