I have purchased one flat from supertect ltd in there project named Supertech Ecociti sec 137 noida expressway.
And take the possestion on 14/11/2017,
At the time of purchase i have already paid 1 year advance payment for common area maintainance. Now supertect is harrasing me by asking me to pay the charges from feb 2017, why i should pay the charges from february when i take the possession on Nov 2017. This is really very pathetic. Please look into the matter and arrange to resolve the same.
