dear sir,
i purchase the refrigerator from one of the you so called big dealer in virar (E) ,
please find attched bill copy for your reference. i was facing problem of cooling from last 5 days my referigerator is shutdown from last 4 days and your engineer visited at our house on 15.01.19 for the checkup he told me to he will replace panel which is damage. but on 16.01.19 when is replace the same problem still not rectify so he told me your refrigerator having compressor problem. now you told be before one month as per billing date if i had such a big problem then how i can belive that your porduct is number one????
i request you to told your dealear for replacement of the product or refund me my money if you people not able to do the same as you said that was not covered in warranty then i will take further action against your delar or you.
i purchased my product on hard cash after that if i suffered from last 5 days which is not acceptable so please do the needful
