I requested for hathway net connection at my shop in December. after that Engg. come and installed it but connection is not working properly, as mentioned in plan i have to get 50 mbps but ,, not getting even 5 mbps ..i made 8-10 complaints then after also situation not change ..finally i decided to stop the connection as there is no use of it. i attached bill copy of same.please refund as soon as possible. i mailed to manager also ..he also not even reply me.
