Complaint Details
The delivery agent misbehaved with me on the phone and refused to deliver my order despite me having paid Rs.999 for amazon prime which entitles me to faster delivery but in this instance the order was not delivered at all . The customer service was of no help and even lied to me and have refused an out of court settlement.
