I booke flight from Delhi to amritsar with jet airways for
27 jan19 9w394 at 1820 and the same day I got msg that ur flight is cancelled and when I called jet airlines their executive told me that mam ur put on next flight at 2005 and your ticket no & PNR remains same..
I still reached T3 termainal at 13:50 (IGI) and then jet airways executive verbally told me that you are put on next flight at 20:05. And handled me printout and I went for my work in Delhi when I reached again at 1800 at airport I came to know that he put me on flight for next day 28/jan at 2005, not on same day, and never mentioned of date change making me foolish and when I talked again to their executive that such mistake has been made he said mam I can’t do anything & he was so unethical & rudely said “ you are not the only one I have attend to I have a queue” if so why you guys are providing your pathetic services to humiliate people and he also said “ I will you full refund and you take a Volvo to amritsar “
If I had to board Volvo or Tara or I had time why would I take flight... you are there to assist people not harass them
.. I will never fly with jet airways,
Randomly every other day cancelling flight and in addition your executive make people fool ,harass & use absurd words.
Stop rendering such pathetic
services
