I have purchased Jabra Halo Smart Bluetooth Headset on 30-Oct-17. Item received was not working properly and I have reached out to Jabra customer care and I was asked to reach Proconnect Integrated Logistics as Jabra donot have any service and they are handling reverse logistics and replacement of products for any issues with in warranty period. I have emailed them in Dec 2017 on the same and was provided replacement of product with another model or version I.e. Jabra Elite e25 as Jabra Halo Smart is having manufacturing issues and they are replacing with next available model. They have replaced me with Jabra Elite e25 product on 1-Feb-2018 with replacement bill and box. Now this one is also not working and when reached out to Proconnect Integrated Logistics on 18-Jan-19, they have opened a Complaint with RRLC Reference number RL4123 and replied back stating that warranty of the product will be calculated 1yr from date of original purchase i.e. 30-Oct-17 and not 1-Feb-2018 where my product is replaced.

Please help me in this regard as this is not the only piece that had a issue and few of my other colleagues who got the same Jabra Elite e25 also have similar issue of not working properly. Its the responsibility of company or its 3rd party to provide service or replace defective item with in warranty period of the item received irrespective of original purchase and to consider the actual date the replacement product is received with a replacement receipt and the warranty on box of new/replacement product has 1 year warranty mentioned.
