Complaint Details
I have been trying to lodge a complain on the Tikona app as well as the call centre of Tikona for terrible service that I'm facing. I took a new broadband connection in the month of November and after only a month of use there seems to be very frequent disconnections as well as the speed keeps varying. They said the plan is a 25mbps plan and the speed I'm getting is hardly 3-4 Mbps with 0.4 Mbps upload speed. I'm fed up of their rude replies and false promises. Kindly help me out with the problem.
