Complaint Details
Made an online payment of 1060 for the vegetables and fruits ordered. Though the amount was debited they conveyed that the payment was unsuccessful. Hence paid the amount by cash as well. They asked to raise a formal complaint via mail with screenshot of transaction but haven’t received any response till now. Neither they have called us on this.
