*I ordered airtel postpaid sim with rental plan of Rs 399/month
*This plan was supposed to provide me 40gb data and airtel thanks benefits (amazon prime subscription) .The screenshot of page i am attaching

*after the successful activation of my sim, i have only get 20 gb data with no amazon prime, and zee5 subscription *i called customer care they said to wait for some hours
*After waiting, again called the customer care . The lady told me we dont know anything . Here i am seeing you have 20 gb data in this plan means 20 gb.. i asked her about amazon prime offer , she told me yes you will get that . Open your airtel app and click on airtel thanks banner . I did the same and i got the message "these benefits are only available to customers with Rs 499 plan. Click ok to change plan" ... I am attaching the screenshots This is complete fraudulent. Customer cares are not helping . Look into the matter.
