bill dated 25Nov18, due date 13Dec18, payment done on 06Dec18 chq no 595856 on SVC bank Ltd, Kotak officials confirm chq received on 06Dec18 (Telephonic evidence available), however bank didn’t process the chq for clearing and later charged Late payment, Interest and GST total amounting to 14,213. On reporting the said issue bank officials have been merely trying to fabricate and arrive at reasons to reject the claim. Bank states they have checked ATM evidence, However bank doesn’t even have photo to compare with (Telephonic Conversation available). Issue raised with bank in on December 24th 2018, however not given any resolution.
