Complaint Details
Ordered a kurta from Punayaa on 27th December,2018.The quality of the product was not as expected.Since my product was within return policy, Made a return of product request on their website which stated that my 'return was in process'.I again send a reminder mail to them on Jan 6 and have tried calling them but there is no one to answer.I am attaching the invoice, the screenshot of the mail sent to them and the amount of refund that is to be made.
