Despite having written confirmation from Jet Airways on 31.12.18 about succesful redemption of upgrade vouchers, now they say upgrade on voucher not done and is waitlisted. When I asked for cancellation of tickets due to their non-upgradation, they say cancellation charges apply and almost entire booking amount will be deducted. Attached file gives complete details.
