Very Very Horrible experience today i felt with Jet airways not only me But another 5-6 people who was not allow to Board at 9:40 pm flight inspite reach at 8:55 am.. I have to book again and spend 10600 Rs that to very Rough and Roude behaviour by their employees. I have booked new flight with 3 time more cost and now this flight is delayed by 25 minutes.... Shall customer will not get compensation for this have apoken to Ryan and Rachel At Jet Mumbai Air Port but Both have denied to talked to me.
Please take corrective action on such company who runs with own rules.... Customers delayed not call no instruction and even their delayed no messages no email Pls ask them to show mw message if they have sent for delayed their flight
I believe Jet Airways believe they can supercede anyone in India. I have spent today 6 Hours at AirPort and now flight delayed at JET ends
