Complaint Details
I had booked for the shipment of goods from Mysore to Mumbai on 4th Feb 2019 after Ms. Manju confirmed that they will deliver it by 8th Feb 2019, but when I called them for delivering the goods on 8th Feb 2019, they told that started telling stories that as it was part load, they were not able to deliver it on time, but these people are telling lies everytime I call them. It is already delayed by 4 days and myself and my family (we have a 6 month baby) suffering a lot because of these people. I would request you to take stringent action against this company and get me some compensation from them.
