Complaint Details
since I received the Sofa 6 months back, it has been terribly smelling and the maker was not responding to my calls. later about a month back , when he responded and sent his team they realised they had not put the polish on the sofa wood. even after doing the polish , the smell has not gone. he refuses to answer calls and gives false promises to get back and replace the sofa, using all sorts of delaying tactics.
