I ordered a cake from floweraura on the 15th of february, 2019 at 23:56 for delivery to take place the very next day. The cake was to be presented on 16th of february, 2019 for a birthday but the cake that I received completely differed from what was shown. The flavour is said to be butterscotch but from what I was shown on the website, it was completely different. The website did say that the cake "MAY VARY" but the cake did not actually vary, in fact it was completely different. I have been contacting the company from 4 days now but no resolution. I'm a working professional employed in a private financial institution and thus sparing that amount of time contacting them again and again was a huge pain resulting to great mental stress. Moreover even after wasting so much time and effort, the resolution hasn't been provided by them yet. I asked them for a complete refund as I had to get another cake which costed half of what they've charged me and was way better. I told them time and again that the cake delivered to me didn't vary from the image provided to me but looked completely different from it and so for that reason I wasn't able to present it. Everytime I tried contacting them, I had to tell them the same thing again and again after which they assured me to call within 5-10 mins but nothing happened. They don't even bother calling the customer. Furthermore I've kept the cake in my refrigerator from the past 4 days for them to pick it up but then again they don't listen to their customers. They don't care about customer satisfaction,
they don't care whether the product delivered is the same or different. What they keep telling me is butterscotch cake has been delivered. Upon their asking, the actual photograph was also mailed to them and on conversing with one of their executives, he agreed that the cake delivered to me was different but they aren't willing to give me a full refund. I paid a whooping amount of Rs.750 for that cake and all I received was disappointment.
As a proof I have all the call recordings, screenshots, mails and photograph of what was delivered to me and will provide them whenever required.
