I have taken an insurance policy from this company 2 months back. They have not sent me the policy documents in hard copy. They do not answer the phone. they have not released my claim also so far. after checking online this company has very bad reviews. They have charged me the full amount for insurance policy.
Request you to kindly look into the matter. Highly obliged
