Respect Sir/Madam,
Grievance regarding Octa Networks who promised to provide as per my expectation of CCNA+CCNP+CCIE Integrated course which includes Training + Workbook + Written Study Materials (as per quotation provided attached, will provide mail he sent if needed) by their sales executive Aquib Sayed (Contact No:09867486049) but later when I paid fees of 40000/-
1. Reciept was different than what quotation was given (attached 30000/- + 10000/- I paid).
2. I accepted to go ahead because they refused to refund saying it is non-refundable. I had no choice but to proceed with whatever they offer.
3. Started attending the training (Free training provided by them for CCNA + CCNP), which included 200 free participants over zoom.
4. Training was not satisfactory and trainer (Jagadish Rathod) was asking for good feedback to be submitted on LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter page of him & Octa Networks.if one wants to attend free training.
5. As promised when asked for Study material for training (as promised in quotation), they said they dont have any material.
6. On giving feedback that trainings are not satisfactory management didnt take positively & instead said they dont need my feedback as they have many feedbacks.
7. When I didnt find any way out I approached on LinkedIn (February 1 2019) Arshad Dhunna & Joaquim Fernandes (Directors of Octa Networks), they promised that they would check my case & revert but no actions been taken.
