From last 4 months i have lodge complaint for my data and network services.
Vodafone rep said that it will get resolved which it didnt.
I had always paid my bills on time but in Dec i said that untill my issues are not resolved i wont be paying the bill and would change my operator as well.
but the vodafone rep again called and again made a fake promise.
Now they have blocked my sim card as i havnt paid my bill.
when i called customer service they said they cant do anything and the bill has to be paid.
Why shld i pay for the services which i havnt got.
they accepted that there is some technical difficulties from vodafone end then also are charging me for the bill.
I have requested a copy of my complaints which were made by me but the vodafone Rep denied that also
