Hi Sir,
I am facing harassment from YES Bank on the below mentioned loan issue. Below are the list of breaches done by Farha(Sales Executive) from YES bank. I want to take it further.
1. I have requested for a loan of 2 Laksh, but it was disbursed for 4 lakhs without my confirmation or even without my knowledge.
2. It was promised with an interest rate of 10.99 for 4L and 11.99 for 2L, but it was charged as 11.99 for 4L (even though I have requested for 2L only. ).
3. She told me that the insurance charge are zero. But insurance of 11k was charged. Which is completely not accepatable.
4. I never got any call from your bank regarding these details.
5. When I ask these details , sales executive and team is calling me and harassing me by using different numbers.
I have complained this incident to RBI through online channels. They informed that at first I have to complain in nodal officer grievance. If the issue is not solved, then I can go with further steps.
Can you please address the above concern by email. So that I can proceed further. I have not received any reply from head.grievanceredressal.
