Complaint Details
Ordered cake online from them on 22 December to be delivered on 24 December2018. Cake was not delivered and after repeated request for refund they are not processing it. They dont pickup my phone nor reply to my emails the only effective communication with them is through watsapp.
I am highly frustrated as they are coming up with excuses to hide their fault and are offering partial refund with no mention of amount or follow up.
