Sub : Non receipt of compensation for towards the land acquired by NHAI.

Ref : Gut No–74, Vitthalpur, Tal – Kannad, Dist – Aurangabad (MH).

Dear Sir,

This has ref to the discussion undersigned had with your official today morning on the subject matter.

In this connection, we wish to inform as follows –

• At the outset, undersigned Nitin Balasaheb Shrikant wish to inform you that, NHAI has undertaken a project of highway development i.e. Solapur – Aurangabad – Dhule i.e. ‘NH-211, which is passing through the aforementioned land.

• In view to acquire the said land & being an owner of aforementioned name, on April 2015 I have received a letter from your project implementation unit NHAI Aurangabad the documents related to said land. Copy of the letter is attached herewith for your kind perusal. The acquired plot size is 1600 Sq Mtr.

o Out of the entire acquired land by NHAI of 1600 Sq Mtrs –

 the land size admeasuring to 1100 Sq Mtr belongs to Mr Narayan Babulal Varma.

 Balance 500 Sq Mtr belongs to the undersigned – Mr Nitin Balasaheb Shrikant.

• In view to provide the relevant documents in respect of above mentioned land (500 Sq Mtr), undersigned visited your good office, but it has been observed that, the respective payment towards the settlement / compensation of the said land has been given directly to Mr Narayan Babulal Varma i.e. for 1600 Sq Mtr inclusive of my land of 500 Sq Mtrs.

Considering above, you are hereby requested to consider the matter as Most Urgent / Important and advice your concerned official to compensate the payment towards the land admeasuring to 500 Sq Mtrs legally registered in the name of Mr Nitin Balasaheb Shrikant. Scanned copies of the documents related to the Land Registration are being enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
