I bought JBL earphones to which is a subsidiary of Harman India International on January 7, 2019, via Amazon. but just after a month, the left side earpiece stopped working so I reached out to JBL to know how to get a replacement as the product was still under warranty and they don't have a single service centre in my state so they asked me to ship it to the service centre in Haryana and I did ship the earphones own my expense
but the service centre refused to accept the package and package is sent back to me but after reaching to JBL the want me to ship it again this time with some other courier service and I feel cheated
