We had bought lipstick set worth Rs 1999 from matte.com but the product they displayed and the product they delivered was different as the colours displayed were pastel and sent were bright so we wrote around 15 mails and tried to contact thier customer care but they never reverted back.we request you to kindly interfere and if possible get their website blocked as the point is not 1999 but there are many people who must have been got frauded by them so kindly help all customers
