Complaint Details
I have taken HDFC life insurance with critical illness covered for my home loan. So HDFC bank has rejected my claim without any issue. My two other insurance companies have taken all my medical tests before issuing me insurance and they have approved my critical illnesses claim without any delay or issue. I have already submitted my approved letters from PNB MetLife and Argon life insurance company. I am a heart patient and they are giving me mental harrassment. From last 4 months they are processing my claim. My other two insurance companies have approved and processed my claim within a month. I am looking for compensation and my claim approval now. Request you to kindly help me in this regards ASAP.
