Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Vikas Nhavkar and i have HDFC life group protection insurance for my home loan. I had heart attack on 29th October 2018 and i was gone through Angioplasty. So after getting discharge from hospital, i have file a critical illness claim as per the policy. However HDFC bank has taken 3-4 month to process the claim and finally they have rejected my claim saying i have diabetes. HDFC bank has not taken my any mdical test before issuing the insurance and how come they can say i have diabetes. I am also having my two 50-50 lacs of term plan from PNB metlife and Aegon life, they both have taken my all medical test before issuing me insurance. Now after submitting critical illness claim to PNB metlife and Aegon life they have approved my claim within a month without any issue. After continuous follow up with HDFC bank i am not getting proper solution.I am looking for compensation and my claim approval from HDFC bank. Just to inform you i have submitted the same documents to all three insurance companies. I am a heart patient and they are giving me hypertension and mental harassment, if anything happens to my life HDFC life will be fully responsible.
My humble request you to help me in this regards.
