I HAD ORDERED A BREAST PUMP THROUGH AMAZON.COM. A SPECIFIC COMPANY PUMP WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE DOCTOR WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN LOCAL SHOPS AND I HAD TO HENCE ORDER ONLINE VIA AMAZON. I AM A PRIME CUSTOMER IN AMAZON AND WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IT EARLY. STILL IT IS DELAYED BY 2 DAYS AS ON 23.03.2019 AND ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ARE AGAIN ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR 2 DAYS WITHOUT GIVING ANY CLARITY AT ALL. I AM MENTALLY DISTRESSED VERY MUCH SINCE THIS INVOLVES FEEDING MY INFANT BABY WHO IS JUST 45 DAYS OLD. TILL THE PUMP ARRIVES, I AM FEEDING FORMULA FOOD FOR MY BABY WHICH IS BEING OPPOSED BY EVERYONE; BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY OPTION. I REQUEST THAT THE ISSUE BE RESOLVED IN THE BEST WAY AND RIGHTFUL ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
