I have taken Tour Package from Grand Tourio HolidaySolutions Pvt Ltd and My Membership ID :- 9991111694
I was been told after taken tour package all the expenses in the tour package will be taken care by the
Grand Tourio HolidaySolutions Pvt Ltd, and they will do all the booking of my tour and other charges like local vehicle, food, accommodation will be free of cost,
but when I called them for the booking of Rajasthan Tour, they did not replied me on phone and email, and started asking me Rs.28,000/- for 6 days, Rs.3333/- charges per day as Premium charges
They are not able to fulfil they commitment then I would like have refund my amount, but they started shouting and at me
Since I am Sr. Citizen please help me on this to get refund my money
